Seeking an operations Manager to join our fast growing homeware lifestyle brand, Casa by Josephine Jenno. Youβll work directly with the founder to help us scale in our early years. This role requires someone who is highly organised, proactive and strategic in order to ensure projects and teams are set up for success.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Guide the team by setting priorities and developing strategies to identify low-margin and low-growth products.
- Carry out detailed analyses of projects and report on the issues and findings from both a commercial and financial perspective.
- Own the relationship with our 3PL.
- Optimise operational processes and implement improvement initiatives.
- Build out financial forecasts and work alongside the junior buyer to ensure stock is bought to optimise holding and cash flow.
- Partner closely with the team to ensure weβre minimising our carbon footprint.
- Work with our digital agency to feedback insights and learnings.
- Assist with recruiting when necessary.
- Help ensure the company remains legally compliant.
Experience We Are Looking For
- 8 years experience in management, preferably in a DTC business (or similar, relevant experience).
- Commercially astute β a mindset of finding solutions to make it work!
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Analytical with a logical thought process, data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge in Shopify, Mintsoft and other tech and systems integration.
- Wholesale expansion.
- Navigate post-Brexit regulations and USA tariff changes.
- Forecasting, Stock and Logistics Management.
- Set up USA 3PL.

- Experience in funding.

Renumeration
Annual Contract of 50K-55K. Chelsea office location Tue, Wed, Thurs. Hybrid WFH Mondays and Fridays.
