TH Daniels Global Executive Search & Selection was established in 2020 and has since enjoyed exceptional growth. Our core areas of expertise are across the Energy & Industrial, Automation, Medical, Scientific & Healthcare, Chemicals, Packaging and Ingredients, Flavours & Fragrances markets.

Since 2020 we have grown from 3 people to a team of 25+ Consultants. Our next phase of growth is to reach 50 Consultants in the next 2 years, with the goal of hiring a further 20 Consultants in 2025.

This role is primarily a 360-degree sales, business development & key account management position. You will have responsibility for managing client relationships with some of the world’s leading brands, innovative start-up & private equity businesses. You will be responsible for sourcing top talent/candidates and becoming an integral support for their business.

With candidates, you will be responsible for building a network of exceptionally talented individuals in the industry you specialise in. You will actively pursue & identify career opportunities for them and support them fully in their transition to a new position.

Our base salary starts at £26,000, and we’ve seen graduates in all four of our intakes since our inception in 2019 being incredibly successful, with Consultants earning in excess of £100,000 in their first year working with us. Along with unrivalled earning potential, our current phase of growth means that there is the opportunity for rapid progression, with some recent Consultants progressing to Management.

We also have a range of flexible working opportunities once you are settled with the business, as well as 24-hour Private Healthcare with Vitality, fully supporting your physical and mental wellbeing!

In 2023 we moved into a 6,500 square foot office to fully support our business growth plans and provide one of the best working environments in the industry. We have monthly days out as a company in cities across the UK, regular team building & activity days, and reward top performers with fantastic incentives.

We offer a bespoke 12-week training program created by our Founding Partners & implemented by our Head of Training. This fully immersive training program provides you with the skills to begin your journey in Executive Search. We then offer continued support and on-the-job training and learning opportunities to ensure you fulfil your potential to become a truly professional headhunter.
