We are seeking a skilled MarTech Consultant with a strong background in customer loyalty programs, marketing technology platforms, and digital strategy. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design and implement customer loyalty solutions that are powered by scalable MarTech ecosystems and aligned with broader digital transformation goals.
Responsibilities:
- Loyalty Program Enablement: Collaborate with strategy and CX teams to design and support loyalty program architecture (e.g., points-based, tiered, paid membership). Align loyalty initiatives with customer lifecycle stages and brand goals. Map loyalty features across digital channels and customer touchpoints (web, mobile, in-store, app).
- Marketing Technology Integration: Drive the implementation and optimization of MarTech platforms to support loyalty operations—e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Oracle CX, Braze, SAP Emarsys. Enable campaign automation, journey orchestration, segmentation, and loyalty communications through the MarTech stack.
- Customer Data & Personalization: Collaborate with CRM, CDP, and analytics teams to ensure loyalty-related data is integrated and actionable. Support customer segmentation, real-time personalization, and engagement tactics across channels.
- Digital Strategy Alignment: Translate digital engagement strategy into platform-specific requirements and capabilities. Help clients modernize their marketing operations and loyalty tech infrastructure as part of broader transformation initiatives.
- Client Delivery & Support: Participate in discovery workshops, business requirement gathering, and solution design sessions. Support loyalty-related MarTech implementations, configuration, QA, and go-live activities. Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, loyalty, and IT stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in MarTech consulting, digital marketing, or CRM/loyalty program delivery.
- Solid understanding of loyalty models and omnichannel customer engagement.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major MarTech platform (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle, Braze).
- Familiarity with CDPs, campaign automation, and personalization frameworks.
- Ability to bridge business needs with technical capabilities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field (MBA or certifications in MarTech tools preferred).
