Shift Operations Manager – Food Manufacturing 📍 Doncaster area 💷 Up to £65,000 + excellent benefits ⏰ Full-time | Shift-based | Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Shift Operations Manager to join a high-growth food manufacturing business based near Doncaster. This role is ideal for a proactive, hands-on leader looking to make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will take full accountability for site operations, overseeing production, fulfilment and warehousing teams. Leading a team of up to 10 Team Leaders, you’ll ensure smooth operations, drive performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and quality.
