TSR Legal have partnered with a leading Law Firm who are expanding their national Banking practice. We would like to speak with 10 plus PQE solicitors who have experience in Banking and Finance. Our client has an outstanding reputation within this field and is regularly instructed by the best clients in the industry on the most intellectually interesting and challenging work.
The banking team operates across a wide range of disciplines including:
- Acting for clearing banks as well as several international lenders, mezzanine lenders, real estate funds and various high profile corporate borrowers.
You will provide strategic lead advice and representation on all types of banking and finance matters, including but not limited to:
- Syndicated lending
- Acquisition finance
- Asset finance
- Project finance
- Debt restructuring
Lead and oversee complex financial transactions, from structuring and negotiation to execution and closing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. Assess and mitigate legal risks associated with banking and finance transactions, providing innovative solutions to protect clients' interests and enhance their commercial objectives. You will be given the opportunity to develop existing client relationships. You will be supported throughout your career, developing your experience and skills. You will work with national Partners on a regular basis.
The Candidate:
- An England and Wales qualified lawyer with 10 plus years experience in banking and finance, acquired at a leading regional or national firm.
- You will possess the ability to manage and develop strong client relationships.
- Mentor and supervise junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment conducive to professional growth and development.
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of sector knowledge and commercial awareness.
