The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 £ per year.
Exciting new Senior Counsel role working in the legal team of this growing financial services organisation reporting directly into the General Counsel. The role is based in their London office and offers a hybrid working structure.
In this role, you will be reviewing, drafting and negotiating key supplier agreements, highlighting key risks and carrying out due diligence.
You will also support and manage compliance and risk with regulatory reporting, horizon scanning and key policy drafting. An understanding of data protection regulations and/or consumer credit regulations are a plus.
The successful candidate will have a minimum 4PQE from a top law firm or equivalent in-house organisation.
The role offers excellent learning experience through a broad range of work and working in a small legal team. You need to be able to manage your work effectively and with great attention to detail.
