As part of our current high-growth phase, we are recruiting for a People Coordinator to join our busy People team. This is a new and exciting role aimed at supporting employees through the entire employment journey. Reporting to our Senior People Business Partner, you will assist with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including:
- Supporting with our recruitment process, to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
- Owning the onboarding process for new starters, including the HR induction process
- Dealing with internal and external people related inquiries or requests
- Maintaining digital and electronic records of employees on our new HRM system Workday
- Updating and creating HR policies in line with both legislation and Evolito’s people-centric culture
- Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as sickness notes and MATB1s.
