Sales Administrator
At Connells, we\’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Administrator who will be given training to develop into a Sales Negotiator to support our fantastic team in Hayward Heath. The Sales Administrator is an entry level role where you will learn all aspects of Estate Agency model and be taken through an industry leading development and training program.

Key responsibilities of a Sales Administrator
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offer s, agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion. You will also support the sales team within the office with administrative duties. This will involve uploading property details onto major property portals, dealing with customer enquiries both in branch and over the phone
Skills and experience required to be a successful Sales Administrator
- Sales, Customer Service or Administration experience
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
