Reporting directly to the Group Health & Safety Manager, this role presents an outstanding opportunity for a Health and Safety Advisor to gain recognition for their expertise and the value they bring to a dynamic, expanding group of companies. Ongoing training and support will be provided to address any skill gaps, with clear pathways for career progression and development.

This position is ideal for a driven Health and Safety professional eager to make a meaningful impact by shaping and implementing systems, processes, and training initiatives across multiple sites. You'll be part of a well-established and highly respected building materials manufacturer with over 25 years of industry success, now experiencing significant growth through strategic acquisitions across the UK.

Your Role as a Health and Safety Advisor will include:

  • Monitor and maintain health and safety practices across all sites
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new H&S systems, strategies, and training programmes
  • Conduct regular site visits to various locations within the group nationwide
  • Support continual improvement of health and safety standards

The successful Health and Safety Advisor will need:

  • NEBOSH qualification (essential)
  • Proven experience in implementing new health and safety procedures
  • Heavy manufacturing industry experience (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence and willing to travel nationwide
