SENCO – Full Time – High Wycombe Start Date: September 2025 Location: High Wycombe Contract Type: Long Term / Full Time Pay: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance About the role: Supply Desk are working closely with an outstanding primary school based in High Wycombe who are seeking an experienced and dedicated SENCO to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and well-led school committed to inclusive education and supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs. The successful candidate will have a passion for ensuring all students reach their full potential and will be confident in leading SEN provision across the school. You will be required to: Lead the strategic development of SEND provision Oversee the day-to-day operation of the school’s SEN policy Support and advise colleagues on all aspects of SEN Liaise with external agencies to support student needs Ensure EHCPs and SEN support plans are in place and regularly reviewed Monitor and track progress of students with SEN Requirements for this SENCO position: Must hold QTS and a relevant SENCO qualification (or be working towards it) Experience working with children with SEND in a primary setting Strong leadership and communication skills Up-to-date knowledge of SEND Code of Practice Benefits Excellent Pay Rates Dedicated Consultant Excellent Pension Scheme Fantastic Incentives Career Progression Opportunities What’s next?
