Essential Criteria Risk Management and Governance Expertise: • Possess an appropriate professional risk management or accounting qualification coupled with at least five years’ experience and proven track record of supporting risk management and governance best practice activities in a large organisation. Leadership and Influence Proven track record of: • Demonstrating strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding cross-functional teams in implementing best practice effective risk management and internal control framework processes. • Ability to influence decision making at all levels, communicate complex information clearly and foster a risk aware culture. • Leading / managing a professional team. Desirable Criteria • Relevant professional qualification in leadership and/or management. • Previous experience working within a regulatory environment or within the utilities sector.
