ROLE: FAMILY LAW SOLICITOR // LEGAL EXECUTIVE (2-7 years PQE)
Flexible part (3 days a week) or full-time appointment based either at our Oldham or Todmorden office (but with occasional travel to our other offices). Some home working is a possibility/negotiable after successful completion of a probationary period.
An excellent opportunity for someone to join a busy/respected team to develop confidence & experience in a broad caseload of family cases (no care or legal aid) with a bias towards private law children work. The successful candidate will work directly with the Partner in charge of the Family Team. We also have an apprentice solicitor in the team.
Essentials
- A solid background in private family law work (children/finances/cohabitation)
- Excellent client care skills, good time management and organisational skills.

- The confidence to conduct some initial court appointments.
