JD- The role: The critical priority for the team is someone that has a well-rounded knowledge of Oracle HCM and can do the actual configuration. We are looking for someone with the following experience. Absence Management Configuration Global HR Configuration Implementation experience, with a Key Role we’ve spoken with people who had experience with translating data to load but no config. experience, which we need. Performance Talent Management Experience Understanding of personalization s Security Technical experience Fast Formula HDSLHDL & OTBI reporting. Ideally, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HCM (1.) To manage the overall ERP environment, including multiple modules and integrations. (2.) To monitor occurrences of new software releases, support packs and kernel upgrades and how these affect the application and users. (3.) Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and optimization across the ERP system, aligning with business goals. (4.) To perform troubleshooting for complex technical issues at the ERP and database level. (5.) To stay updated on emerging ERP technology trends and transfer knowledge to the team members.
