iRecruit4 are hiring for a proactive and hands-on Team Leader to join our dynamic client based in Swindon. This Team Leader role offers fantastic Temporary to Permanent positions with opportunity to progress with the company. Benefits of the Team Leader: * Fixed Day Shift * Clear progression and training.] * £13.50 Per Hour * Temporary to Permanent position available. * Company pension. * Part of a supportive and growing team. * Free on-site parking. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at leading by example, and can maintain effective communication under pressure. Duties of the Team Leader: * Organise lead, and motivate a small team to meet targets and deadlines. * Participate in warehouse operations, including unloading deliveries, picking, and packing orders to support the team during peak times. * Oversee and ensure the accuracy of inventory management and order fulfilment processes. * Operate a Bendi forklift (or similar) as required * Using Warehouse Management system. * Checking on maintenance of equipment, such as FLT's. Key Requirements for the Team Leader: * Proven experience in a similar Team Leader within a warehouse or fulfilment centre. * Hands-on approach to leadership with the ability to lead by example. * Valid Bendi Forklift license (or willingness to obtain one). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Additional Information: * Monday to Friday * £13.50 Per Hour * Temporary to Permanent position available. * 08.00 – 17.00 * 3 – 4 Saturdays per year, when in peak period.
