As a HCA, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals with a range of needs, including physical or learning disabilities, mental health challenges, or age-related conditions. Key Responsibilities: * Provide person-centered care and support tailored to individual needs. * Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication. * Support individuals to access the community and engage in social, leisure, and educational activities. * Promote independence, dignity, and choice. * Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to senior staff.
