In this key role, you will be responsible for the pastoral care and well-being of students within a specific year group, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive both academically and personally. As Head of Year, you will work closely with students, parents, and school staff, fostering a positive and supportive environment that encourages students to achieve their best.
