I'm currently working with a well-established Digital Marketing Agency of over 10 years who are looking for a Technical Consultant to join their growing team in Birmingham! The company are B2B specialists and help kickstart company growth, develop digital business plans and execute technical strategies.
In this role, you will be the face of the business from a technical standpoint, working with new and existing clients, building relationships and better understanding the technical requirements to ensure the right strategy is implemented. You will have a good technical understanding of software development, project management, design, solutions, documentation and digital transformation. The role is based in Birmingham and requires office working of once a week. Occasional travel to client sites is required.
Technical Requirements:- Prior experience working in an IT Technical/Solutions Consultant role.
- Have worked with Software Development teams and have a good understanding of technologies – no requirement to code.
- Experience in Solutions Design and confident working directly with clients to establish roadmap.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – complete visits, lead sessions and provide consultative support.
- People person – confident working with various teams from Sales to Development to Support.
- Good Technical Project Management skills – websites, applications, API integrations.
- Ideally come from a Digital Solutions background but not essential – neither is it essential to have B2B experience.
Their tech stack: React, HubSpot, APIs, AWS, SalesForce, Mobile.
Salary/Benefits:Salary: £55,000-£65,000. Pension, 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays. Life Assurance, Income Protection Insurance Scheme.
