The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This job is to safely and effectively plan and schedule all plant maintenance work, ensuring the right resources are available at the right time in the right place. The purpose of this role is to:
- Prioritise engineering work requests and plan maintenance tasks based on risk within the scheduled plant shutdowns and during production.
- Own the shutdown planning process (both routine and ad-hoc), including chairing the shutdown meeting(s) and reporting.
- Ensure clear communication between shutdown working teams and resolve scheduling conflicts related to shutdown activities (typically cleaning, maintenance, contract maintenance, projects, and operations teams).
- Provide advanced labour requests from the central day team(s) and communicate with internal and external teams to ensure that work is delivered efficiently.
- Be the owner of the stores' management process and meetings.
- Gatekeep the CMMS system to ensure that the system is being used consistently across all personnel.
- Ensure that all Health & Safety, Quality and Weetabix processes are adhered to in all aspects of this role.
- Lead planning CI workstreams.
Requirements
Non-negotiables:
- Have great communication skills.
- Have excellent attention to detail, with a methodical and analytical approach.
- Be an experienced user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and capable of learning new systems quickly.
Nice to haves:
- Engineering experience.
- Previous experience & knowledge using CMMS programmes.
- Proven experience of plant maintenance or other associated planning/scheduling roles in a high-pressure environment on a daily & weekly basis.
