Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, a head office location of a niche global distributor has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Support Administrator to join a small Supply chain Team. You will provide administration support to the whole team, and report directly to the Global Supply Chain Manager: Working closely with Supply Chain Coordinated & Supply Chain Manager with all administration duties Answering all incoming calls and responding to emails for the department Data entry of incoming and out going stock, allocating stock for orders Monitoring stock levels, investigating any discrepancies Process all orders on SAP Adhoc administration duties as and when requiredWe would expect the successful Supply Chain Support Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft office, be an excellent communicator and have a positive, proactive mindset to workloads. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within warehouse administration, goods in or goods out administration, despatch administration or export administration position.
