We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker – Adult’s Community Team within the UK Social Care industry in Enfield Responsibilities include: The team works with ‘hard to reach’ clients who often fall through the gap of other services and have chaotic lifestyles. The client base face challenges including homelessness, substance misuse, hoarding, criminal activity and/or mental health problems. The Social Workers within CST complete proactive, assertive outreach type work with individuals and manage complex cases. Experience in these areas and safeguarding would be desired.
