We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive with at least 1 year of post-university B2B sales experience in a technical environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth technology company where you will play a key role in generating and qualifying leads to build a strong sales pipeline. As an SDR, you will work closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams to identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients through multi-channel outreach — including cold calling, email, and social selling. This is a hybrid role. Company Benefits: * Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses * Career development and progression opportunities * A collaborative, supportive team culture * Access to training, tools, and resources to excel in your role Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with Marketing to follow up on campaigns and inbound interest to generate qualified leads * Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify potential clients * Research and identify key stakeholders and decision-makers in target accounts * Book meetings and product demonstrations for the Sales team * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system * Provide feedback on market trends and prospect pain points to inform marketing and product strategies Experience and Skills Requirements * Minimum 1 year of post-university experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical or SaaS environment * Proven experience and comfort with cold outreach across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn) * Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated and target-driven with a growth mindset * Organised, disciplined, and able to manage a high volume of outreach * Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms is a plus * Experience working closely with marketing teams to align lead generation and content strategy * A degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field * Passion for technology and innovation * Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment If you have not been contacted within 5 working days, then unfortunately on this occasion your CV has not been shortlisted
