The successful candidate will be joining at a great time for the company, which has already completed exciting projects such as Burbo Bank, Terry's Chocolate Orange, and Maple Lodge. Due to ongoing project wins, the company is looking for motivated individuals to join our utility mapping teams across the UK. They are looking for reliable, hard workers who like a challenge and are able to think on their feet. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and forward-thinking company.
You will be tasked with leading underground utility surveys using advanced geophysical equipment, managing survey teams on-site, mentoring junior/trainee staff, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. You will produce accurate utility drawings and 3D models while working closely with clients to deliver safe, efficient, and insightful utility mapping. You will also ensure all work is carried out in line with safety standards and review and approve survey deliverables and final reports across the whole West Midlands.
The Role:
- Perform utility mapping surveys with GPR and EML technologies.
- Work on diverse projects such as luxury houses, power stations, roads, and industrial sites.
- Lead juniors/trainees to provide precise digital survey data for clients.
The Person:
- Previous experience as a utility surveyor.
- Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Utility Mapping & Surveying.
- Fully conversant with PAS128 Quality & Standards.
- Experience using GPR & EML technologies.
- Experience using GPS/TS techniques.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
