Salary: Up to £58,200 + benefits
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead a variety of projects, including but not limited to finance business systems and core IT infrastructure initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and finance business systems projects, ensuring successful outcomes on time and within budget.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and priorities.
- Manage infrastructure initiatives such as server refreshes, operating system upgrades, network enhancements, and cloud or data centre migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Support system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements across financial functions such as purchasing, payments, and sales.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and third-party suppliers to ensure the effective delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Ensure all infrastructure changes comply with security, compliance, and business continuity requirements.
- Maintain clear project documentation, risk tracking, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager leading end-to-end infrastructure projects.
- Strong background delivering infrastructure projects, such as server/OS upgrades, storage solutions, network changes, or cloud-based implementations.
- Experience managing financial business systems projects (payroll, purchasing, invoicing systems etc) is beneficial.
- Confident working with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure engineers, vendors, and business users.
- Experience working in structured project environments (Agile, Waterfall, Prince 2 methodologies).
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
- Knowledge of financial services processes is a plus but not essential.
- Previous experience in system implementations, upgrades, or process transformation is highly desirable.
