TEAM LEADER – BLOCK MANAGEMENT – CENTRAL LONDON – £60-75,000DOA Dove & Hawk are working with a Managing Agent in the Chelsea area who are on the look out for a Team Leader to over see one of their Block Management Teams. With oversight over 8 staff members this role will suit a Block Management professional with prior experience of supervising or leading a team within Residential Management. Duties/Functions of the Role: Oversee and manage large, complex property developments. Foster strong client relationships and maintain regular communication. Lead and supervise a team of Property Managers. Drive efforts to generate additional revenue for the business. Effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing workloads with a proactive and flexible approach. Stay informed on the latest Government regulations and guidelines, as well as industry standards. Review and negotiate service contracts, establish service levels, identify preventive maintenance needs, and approve expenditures within established guidelines (ensuring compliance with Section 20 thresholds for works and long-term agreements). Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports. Perform routine risk assessments on all properties within your portfolio.
