Senior Youth Work Facilitator – £28,000 pro rata – fixed term 8-month contract to start in January 2025 (ending 31st August 2025) A wonderful opportunity to join a charity that empowers and inspires girls and young women in a newly created position as their Senior Youth Work Facilitator . Joining the organisation at an exciting time of expansion they are looking for an additional experienced youth worker on an 8 month full-time contract (with the possibility to extend). Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week . This role requires travel to schools and centres (travel paid for) in South London. At other times, the position will be based in their offices in Brockley, SE4 . Joining an innovative and passionate team, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous Youth work experience providing mentoring and support for young girls. Strong facilitation and communication skills are essential with the ability to engage and connect with young girls effectively.
