An exciting Client-side opportunity has arisen to join a well established and market leading Independent Residential and Commercial Developer as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You would be joining their thriving Bristol Office. With over 100 residential and mixed –use developments to their name, spread throughout the south west and London they have grown and expanded into new offices in both regions. You would be joining a team of over 100 staff across the offices. Ideally, you are an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive Residential and Commercial Experience, either within a developer or consultancy environment. You will be expected to carry out a full range of duties as a Senior QS and assist the Commercial Manager and Managing Director with their details as required. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic development team and to work on some of the most prestigious and broad ranging portfolio of sites including urban, rural, new builds and refurbishments.
