Are you an experienced Production Manager within manufacturing? Do you have experience with small batch manufacturing and a product range that is bespoke with high variability? If so, this role is perfect for you! This Production Manager role is working for a manufacturer in Crawley . The role is Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm. The role is fully onsite and is paying a highly competitive salary . This Production Manager role ensures efficient operations by optimising resources, enhancing processes, and maintaining quality standards to meet KPIs. Responsibilities include implementing production systems, ensuring HSE compliance, fostering teamwork, and driving continuous improvement. Key focuses are staff development, budget control, timely delivery, and collaboration to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This is a varied role as this position will be encompassing the machine, metal finishing, coatings, assembly, product grouping, packing and shipping of the product.
