You will play a key role in pricing work, submitting quotes, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Join us and help shape the future of Cambridgeshire Roofing Limited! Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit accurate quotes and cost reports using Excel and relevant software. Manage leads from generation to conversion and build strong client relationships. Use your network to seek new business opportunities and secure contracts. Oversee roofing projects to ensure timely and quality delivery. Recruit and supervise your team of roofers and labourers. Implement and manage Health & Safety policies, including conducting risk assessments and inductions. Conduct regular Health & Safety audits and maintain compliance with regulations. The Person Minimum of 10 years in the industry with knowledge of all types of roofing with qualifications, NVQ in roofing. Strong business development skills and established network in construction/roofing. Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting software. Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills. Understanding of cash flow and pricing to maintain project profitability. CSCS card and a valid driving licence required.
