About the Role: Lead the development and execution of brand strategies to ensure commercial success and market impact. Manage multiple product launches simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams and timelines. Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing campaigns and product positioning. Drive brand growth through strategic planning, creative campaigns, and close collaboration with sales teams. Looking at the GTM plan and how new products are going to penetrate a highly competitive market, using your brand equity and clout to establish some excitement instantly You’ll be excellent with budgets and you’ll have access to good one for sure Activation is top of mind, so thinking about the customers mindset and how to persuade and influence them to a purchasing choice… thinking about all campaigns in support. About You: Minimum of 7 years of brand management experience in a non-food FMCG business. Proven ability to manage multiple product launches concurrently, delivering results on time and within budget. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a keen understanding of market dynamics. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
