Looking for a new challenge in compliance and governance? We’re recruiting a Compliance Manager for a successful and growing recruitment business. You’ll lead audits, champion best practice, and support the wider business in maintaining robust processes. Reporting into the Head of Legal, you’ll be confident managing risk, owning ISO standards, and advising teams on everything from Modern Slavery legislation to umbrella payroll governance.

- Ensuring Sentinel and Modern Slavery Act compliance
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a compliance-focused role

- Ideally NEBOSH qualified or strong H&S knowledge
- Excellent reporting and data interpretation skills
