Who+Why are shortlising for a CRM Planner for a data driven Creative Production agency in the Gloucestershire area who are looking to grow the team. Although ideally within reach of their South West site, you could be based out of their London office too (once or twice a week, with the remainder remote). As a key member of their planning and strategy function, you will provide consultancy to a range of high profile clients working on CRM campaigns and programmes. What you’ll do in the role. Develop data strategies – articulate complex data driven insights into compelling stories for clients. Confidently present analytics, bringing the data to life in coherent and compelling ways. Build your client’s data driven strategy for long term growth. Provide data focused advice and consultancy to support client objectives. Skills we’re looking for. CRM / Data strategy / Marketing Insight background. Planning multi-channel marketing activity. Senior level across B2B and B2C markets. Exceptional communicator – building trust with stakeholders at any level, whether data-literate or not. Ability to present complex ideas in an engaging and insightful way. Translate insight into action. Some experience and knowledge of data sources, databases and SCV and how this can be used in planning campaigns would be an advantage. Understand how digital, social and offline data can be integrated into CRM programmes.
