You'll work alongside experienced engineers and scientists in a dynamic pilot-scale bioprocessing environment. From operating bioreactors to supporting process development trials, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in an emerging technology space.\\n\\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\\n\\nOperate, clean, and maintain pilot-scale bioreactors and associated systems\\n\\nSupport daily pilot plant tasks such as media preparation, sterilization, and equipment calibration\\n\\nCollect and log process data, ensuring accuracy and consistency\\n\\nFollow strict SOPs and safety protocols to ensure a compliant working environment\\n\\nAssist in troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts\\n\\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on process development and testing\\n\\nKeep clear records of pilot runs and operational activities\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For\\n\\nA BSc or BEng in Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields\\n\\nUp to 2 years of hands-on experience in a lab, pilot plant, or production setting\\n\\nInterest in scaling bioprocesses and working with larger equipment\\n\\nGood understanding of process monitoring and bioreactor operations\\n\\nA safety-first mindset and excellent attention to detail\\n\\nComfort with physical, hands-on work in a technical setting\\n\\nDesirable (but Not Essential)\\n\\nExperience with stainless steel bioreactors or pilot-scale systems\\n\\nFamiliarity with batch, fed-batch, or perfusion processes\\n\\nExposure to GMP or regulated environments\\n\\nExperience with Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELNs)\\n\\nSalary, Benefits & Location\\n\\nSalary: £28,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)\\n\\nLocation: Oxford, UK\\n\\nBenefits: Flexible working hours, health benefits, and learning & development opportunities\\n\\nWork Environment: Innovative, inclusive, and mission-driven culture focused on sustainability and growth\\n\\nWhy Apply?\\n\\nYou’ll be joining a purpose-driven team working on technologies that address real-world challenges.
