A leading client of ours in the Healthcare Benefits sector are looking to recruit a Nurse/Clinical Ad visor (Men or Women’s Health specialist) Package: £35-40k basic salary, plus benefits. Hybrid: Mon -Fri (2 days in the office/central London). This is a permanent role. (NO WEEKENDS!) This role would suit candidates currently working in the NHS or a private clinic looking to move away from in-person patient treatment/clinical ad visory. The role will be delivering digital clinical ad visory support, therefore good IT skills are required for this role. You need to have at least 1 specialism within Men’s or Women’s Health from the below: Mens Health Experience in mens health services, including sexual health, urology, prostate health, mental health, and chronic disease management Strong understanding of male-specific health concerns, such as testicular health, erectile dysfunction, infertility, and hormone management Or Womens Health Strong understanding of female-specific health concerns, such as endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), hormone management, and pelvic health Experience in womens health services, including reproductive health, menstrual disorders, menopause, contraception, female specific cancers and fertility issues Key Responsibilities: Clinical focus: Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries across multiple health pathways, providing accurate, up to day information tailored to individual needs. Conduct discovery calls and consultations, collaborating with patients and clinicians to plan and arrange appropriate care and treatments. Gather patient feedback to continuously enhance our benefits program and improve patient satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality and ad here to safeguarding protocols, ensuring the privacy and safety of all patients. Manage app and email inquiries professionally, delivering informed and patient centred responses. Document patient interactions, treatments and outcomes accurately, maintaining high standards of record keeping. Operational focus: Support daily clinical operations, coordinating care within the team while considering staffing and expertise requirements. Serve as an escalation point for patient ad visors on clinical queries, providing expert guidance as needed. Work closely with clinicians to monitor appointment availability, arranging ad ditional slots when necessary to reduce wait times. Collaborate with partner clinics and wellness providers to deliver a seamless patient experience across all services. Contribute to the development of digital tools and services, ensuring a supportive, innovative, and efficient patient journey. Qualifications and Experience: Must hold a qualification with a valid NMC registration, or equivalent accreditation from a relevant governing body. A minimum of 2 years post registration experience, with at least 1 year’s specialism. Previous experience of carrying out patient consultations and case management desirable. Organisational and time-management skills to manage appointments, webinars, and consultations effectively Experience in delivering health education and promotion desirable Good IT skills required Microsoft Office, (Semble-desirable).
