As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing all daily tasks within your remit and managing a team of engineers as well as the business infrastructure in a highly secure building in London. This is a great opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider on a very reputable estate in The City of London.

4 on 4 off days only (7am til 7pm) £60k to £65k (DOE) London - Zone 1 static site

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical systems on site, ensuring works are carried out to standard and within SLA
  • Managing the BMS, systems HV SCADA, Schneider, Lighting system
  • Overseeing the permittance of subcontractors and being the authorised person to sign off works
  • Approving RAMS and issuing Sanctions to Isolate HV power.
  • Reviewing all PPM documents and schedules and quality control on the documents
  • Carrying out operational and maintenance activities as directed by the Senior Operations Manager, conducting work in a safe and suitable manner.

We are looking for someone with:

  • C&G/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
  • C&G 2391 (desirable)
  • Experience in maintenance
  • HV Authorised is desirable
  • CDM experience is desirable

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
