We’re searching for a CNC Supervisor to oversee a small but growing team and play a key role in day-to-day production—while staying involved on the tools.

CNC Supervisor responsibilities:
- Supervising late shift operations and supporting a small team
- Setting, operating, and programming CNC turning centres (Fanuc controls)
- Ensuring smooth workflow and achieving shift targets
- Monitoring quality and output, resolving minor issues where needed
- Acting as the main point of contact for handovers and production updates
What we’re looking for:
- Strong CNC machining background with programming experience (Fanuc essential)
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a machine shop environment
- Able to read engineering drawings and perform quality checks
- Confident leading by example while staying hands-on with production tasks
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
