Looking for Multiple Handypeople to join a Property Maintenance contract for 16 weeks based in Walthamstow

16 week contract, paying £22.00 paye umbrella + van and fuel card (no CIS options available) There is an opportunity for this role to become permanent

Looking for someone who has worked in a Domestic environment ideally Social housing properties, undertaking minor repair works to include, Painting and general decorating, lock changes, splash tiles, patch plaster and mould washing ideally

• Needs Full UK driving licence
• CSCS Green card as a minimum or a trade related qualification eg, NVQ2 Plumbing, Carpentry
• Previous experience in Social Housing Properties
