As a Royal Mail Operator (Labels), you will manage the operation of specialised Royal Mail equipment (e.g., Rotatek and CT Tag) to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety. Reporting directly to the Print Manager, this role demands technical skill, precision, and adherence to ISO 9001 standards. Key Responsibilities: Set up and manage machine operations, ensuring correct job codes and versions. Conduct efficient shift changeovers with clear communication. Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency. Perform preventative maintenance, stock checks, and re-order machine parts as needed. Comply with Health & Safety regulations and maintain a tidy work environment. Provide support across other machines during holiday or sickness cover. Complete all required documentation accurately. Coach and guide team members when necessary.Skills & Experience Required: City & Guilds or equivalent qualification. Strong literacy and numeracy skills. In-depth understanding of Health & Safety protocols. Experience in continuous label printing and finishing.
