Your Mission
- Drive business development across injectables, energy-based devices, skincare, and future product launches.
- Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with clinics, key accounts, and aesthetic professionals.
- Deliver product training and support in treatment protocols to maximise client results and satisfaction.
- Execute a strategic sales plan, meet targets and KPIs, and contribute to national growth.
- Lead customer onboarding and help integrate the full product portfolio into partner clinics.
- Support workshops, live events, training sessions, and industry exhibitions.
- Stay ahead of trends in aesthetic medicine and contribute fresh insights to team strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' experience in aesthetic sales or business development (preferably with dermal fillers or medical devices).
- Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas and managing the full sales cycle.
- A strong, existing network in the aesthetics space is highly desirable.
- Experience delivering product or clinical training.
- A confident communicator who excels at building rapport and converting leads.
- Must be willing to travel across the UK (approx. 40%).
- UK driving licence and right to work in the UK required.
