A dynamic and rapidly expanding £400M+ business services group seeks a strategic and hands-on Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to drive growth across its diverse portfolio of 18 companies, spanning Care, IT, Office, and Industrial sectors.
Your Role as Chief Marketing Officer:
- Optimise performance and forge strategic partnerships that unlock new revenue streams.
- Develop strategies to scale operations.
- Lead and inspire a talented team covering design, content marketing, campaign planning, product marketing, analytics, and performance.
- Efficiently allocate marketing spend and prove ROI while collaborating closely with sales to achieve shared business objectives.
In Return, as the Chief Marketing Officer You Will Receive:
- £80,000 Basic Salary.
- £100,000 with bonuses (uncapped potential).
- Hybrid working flexibility (3 days per week in Manchester HQ).
