A leading industrial / roller shutter door manufacturers and installers based in Birmingham, West Midlands are currently looking for experienced Engineers to join their Service and Installation Team on a permanent basis.
With a reputation for quality and timely delivery and utilising a strong and loyal customer base, the Company has been experiencing rapid and sustained growth.
Industrial / Roller Shutter Door Engineer duties include:
Travelling to customer sites throughout the Midlands using a company van
Carrying out repair work, servicing and maintenance to all types of industrial door including roller shutters, sectional, high-speed and sliding folding doors
Other products can also include barriers, grilles and gates
You will work alone as part of a wider team, and alongside an Assistant to help you on larger or more complex jobs

Experience and competencies required:
Previous experience in a similar role within the Industrial Door sector is essential
A CSCS Card would be an advantage but relevant training can be offered
Ability to accurately measure and utilise tools and specialist equipment is required
A full manual Driving Licence (ideally clean or minor points) is essential
Excellent customer service skills
Positive communication abilities both verbally and in writing are required
The ability to utilise IT equipment such as a tablet and smartphone will be advantageous
A flexible, positive attitude to work and your role is requested
