Are you committed to delivering outstanding customer service? We are recruiting for a Membership Team Leader to join our client, a reputable, global company at the top of their game. In this role of Membership Team Leader, you will work with the team supervisor to support the day to day and to ensure the team are performing. The ideal candidate will have some leadership experience or responsibilities, have excellent customer service experience and be able to take a hands-on approach to dealing with customers directly.
Hours: 35 hours per week
