Night supervisor

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to cover night shifts in Eas London starting mid June for ongoing work . \\n\\nYour role : \\n\\nTake ownership of site operations, keeping teams on track and projects running smoothly.\\nSet the standard for site safety—conduct toolbox talks, ensure PPE compliance, and create a secure working environment.\\nKeep an eagle eye on craftsmanship, ensuring everything meets the highest standards and swiftly addressing any issues.\\nBe the go-to for subcontractors, suppliers, and occasionally clients or the main contractor, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.\\nTackle on-site challenges head-on, whether it’s a minor hiccup or a technical puzzle.\\nKeep Project or Site Managers in the loop with clear updates on timelines, potential delays, and resource needs.\\nWHat you'll need: \\n\\nProven construction experience and expertise with a strong trade background – ideally M&E \\nExcellent communication skills \\nCSCS , SSSTS , First AId\\nWhat we offer : \\n\\nNegotoable rate depending on experience and qualifications\\nPermanent role withing the company \\nReal opportunity to improve and progress to higher positions in the company
