Team / Role
As a Senior System Engineer, you will:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users
- Manage organization user accounts, network equipment and servers
- Responsible for hardware and software, including, but not limited to procurement, set up, upgrade and maintenance
- Communicate with hardware and software vendors to ensure the provision of effective work orders
- Support in automating workflow by scripting
- Participate in design of IT infrastructure for new business initiatives and assist in adoption of new technology
Required skillset
You should get in touch if:
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Engineering or related discipline;
- You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- You are passionate about learning new technology
- You have experience in Linux installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- You have experience leading 2-5 persons
