Are you a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for fitness and retail? We are seeking an experienced Company Marketing Manager to lead and deliver multi-channel marketing initiatives for one of the UK's leading fitness equipment retailers.
You will be based at our East Midlands Head Office in Northampton, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and working closely with a dynamic team across digital, retail, commercial, and product development.
We are a UK-wide omni-channel retailer specialising in home and commercial fitness equipment. With 11 consumer showrooms across the UK and a dedicated B2B showroom at our Northampton HQ, we are also the exclusive UK distributor for several globally recognised fitness brands. We proudly develop a successful portfolio of OEM in-house brands built on performance, innovation, and value.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all retail marketing, including showroom POS, in-store campaigns, and printed/digital brochures
- Manage brand and product launches, including promotional planning, creative content, and photography
- Develop B2B marketing campaigns for corporate wellness, hospitality, and public-sector clients
- Support social media and digital marketing efforts in collaboration with the Digital Manager
- Handle all offline advertising, including print and physical media
- Project manage consumer exhibitions, trade events, and pop-up activations
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within a retail or consumer products environment
- Strong knowledge of both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
- Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple initiatives
- Creative thinker with hands-on experience in POS, print marketing, events, and social media
