Join the KEaH Enablement Team, based at Worrall House, Kings Hill, delivering services across Maidstone, Malling, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Dartford, Gravesend, Swanley, Sheppey, Sittingbourne, and Faversham.

Enablement focuses on guiding individuals towards independence or reducing long-term care needs through planned support with daily living activities, including personal care, working alongside a structured team comprising Enablement Locality Organisers, Supervisors, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, and multi-agency partners within KCC and health services.

This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service. Travel across a wide geographical area is essential, often during shift hours. Public transport may not be viable in rural Kent areas.
