Experienced in over 150 transactions, our partner-owned client is looking for an associate to join their small team of 20, providing support to their partners on day-to-day deal executions, helping sponsors meet their unique financial objectives.
Duties to include:
- Key point of contact with clients, lawyers, and lenders
- Develop new relationships with lenders and private equity houses
- Preparation and negotiation of transitional terms
We would be interested in candidates that have a strong debt advisory background, either within Big Four or a bank, an outstanding academic background, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
