We’re working with a leading global property organisation to find an experienced and people-driven Shopping Centre Operations Leader to join their team at a flagship UK asset. This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior operations role at a centre undergoing an exciting multi-year transformation, with a broad remit across hard and soft services, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the “glue” across departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while aligning with the long-term transformation strategy.
- Manage budgets across all areas of the centre, including car park and landlord costs.
- Oversee hard and soft FM, ensuring compliance and excellent customer experience.
- Leading key projects, from retailer fit-outs to centre upgrades – acting as the liaison between internal stakeholders, consultants, and tenants.
- Championing sustainability across energy usage, waste management, and compliance with ESG strategies.
- Driving compliance, risk management and health & safety across the site.
