Your Mission
- Ensure individual performance consistently meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective customer service
- Maintain high standards of customer experience in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards
- Complete all required training programs, both domestic and global, to drive results
- Participate in Loss Prevention education and awareness programs
- Ensure Loss Prevention and operational compliance within the store
- Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store Management team
- Assist in new store openings and closings; travel may be required
- Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently
- Maintain visual standards as per guidelines and ensure the store's visual presentation meets or exceeds PUMA standards
- Keep the store's physical condition in line with guidelines and report maintenance needs promptly
- Comply with all policies, procedures, and operational competencies
- Maintain a safe and compliant working and shopping environment, reporting issues to management
- Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required
