On offer is a varied service role where you can continually upskill yourself by working on specialist machinery within a global leading company offering the opportunity to develop your career. This well-established company are the UK subsidiary company of a multi-billion turnover company who provide a range of packaging and labelling solutions for a varied client base primarily within the Ecommerce and F&B sectors. They have seen continual growth since their establishment in 1978 and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to further grow their team. On a daily basis your responsibilities will be split between installations (25%), commissioning and PPM / reactive maintenance (75%) on a range of specialist print manufacturing equipment across various sites around the U.K. You will carry out planned and breakdown works on PLCs, HMIs, conveyors, motors, PCBs, etc. and will receive initial training at the company head office and shadow more senior engineers before working primarily autonomously in addition to within the tight-knit team of 9 engineers. This varied role would suit a Service Engineer from a Mechanical / Electrical background looking for a dynamic role where you will work from the office and across a regional patch providing technical support for clients in a role offering training on cutting edge software and ongoing development.
