TSR Legal are working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join a reputable conveyancing firm team as a Conveyancing Training Manager. In this pivotal role, you will deliver a structured training programme aimed at enhancing the technical skills and knowledge of the Conveyancing and operational administrative teams. Your responsibilities will include: Employee Induction & Mentorship: Conducting in-person, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions as part of the induction programme for new hires and providing mentorship and coaching until they are fully prepared to transition to their teams. Addressing Knowledge Gaps: Identifying and addressing gaps in knowledge or process, providing targeted training to improve performance and align with company KPIs. Technical Expertise: Acting as a subject matter expert in conveyancing, offering guidance, and answering technical questions from employees to support their learning and development.
